Chi O had hands down the worst theme. They literally looked like crossing guards

Omg I was thinking the exact same thing lol. I think ADPI and delta gamma had the best.

Interesting how about half had a strong theme and about half just wore their colors and celebrated their chapter. Nothing wrong with either just interesting
