kappa top house?

I heard kappa had the best rush they’ve ever had. I also heard they were a top house. Is this true?

I’ve personally heard KKG had a bad rush this year and so did XO for being too intimidating. They are both tops tho

Kappa had the same rush they’ve had for at least the past 3 years I’ve been here. They pick the same type of girl which is predictable and boring, like them. Kappas will always be considered tops almost anywhere Texas girls go to pledge kappa but that doesn’t mean they are actually the best.
