why does it sound like people hate phi mu?

the negative opinions come from drama/cattiness that’s happened in the last year. they recruited mostly on looks last year. however every sorority is big and there’s definitely really sweet girls in phi mu! rush whatever sorority feels like home :)

Phi Mu is predicted to have an amazing rush this year and it’s obvious other houses are scared and posting hateful things about them, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with them, they are an amazing house

Phi Mu is a great house full of fun, involved, nice, sweet, pretty, and smart girls! Don’t believe what you read on here! It’s a bunch of gossip and junk! People trying to tear other people down. All the sororityies at the U of A are great!

Phi Mu is newer on campus and have spent their time here bettering their reputation. Everyone I know in that house is really cool and they aren't your typical "sorority girls" A lot of sororities were intimidated last year since they got a new house

I really liked Phi Mu on conversation round and was so happy to see them again for Philanthropy. I hope i get them again and I honestly didn’t talk to a single girl who had a mean bone in their body. I also feel embarrassed though because everyone says bad stuff but I want to go with my gut. I felt at home when I was in their home.

I am so sick of whoever just keeps bashing them. I do believe it is just a few that want to keep this up. They need to focus on their own house and stop sounding so desperate. Several houses last year had some members that didn't represent themselves in the best light but only Phi Mu keeps getting brought up.

The girls at Phi Mu are keeping their grades up, they have a wonderful sisterhood and care for one another. Please go read what LOL wrote. Ignore the salty person who only wants to bring this house down.

This is greek rank a place where people can come and bash whoever they want when they want. In no way does it represent what people think of the houses. You might get a feel for the higharchy of the groups and most is based on when the chapters came onto the campus. It never fails that the newest does everything they can to grab a higher ring and hold onto it as tight as possible. That is why you will see so much talk about the last 4 houses on the campus because they all want to be liked and too afraid to take on anyone else so they sling dirt and bring up whatever they can. Please dont forget that 1 or 5 girls do not make a chapter when you have houses that hold over 400 girls.
Phi Mu is a great house as all of the houses at UARK are.

I’m in a different house than Phi Mu and I know many girls in their chapter and I know they would never say anything like what these people are saying on here. I’m not saying that the name calling isn’t completely true but by now these words have been twisted many times. I know people in every single house has said stuff about other chapters. This so called name calling happened months ago so I’m not sure people are trying to keep bring it up. I guess just to hurt their rush. I think we should all try to encourage Greek unity rather than tear it apart by a couple of rumors
