My sister just received a bid at OU, a house that’s a top house there and here (idc about that tho) anyway, I will be a junior rushing w a 3.15 gpa and have only two friends who aren’t as close to me in the house. Will the fact that she got DG help me at all? Or should I not even bring it up? Please no rude comments I’m just wondering!

No. Nobody wants a junior and your sister isn’t an active yet so holds no command in her chapter

Although people here are saying it won’t help- it won’t hurt. Not sure about freshman vs junior— but wishing you the best. And yes, they are correct your sister has yet to be initiated- but it’s a unique tidbit. Best wishes to you.
