pref night

Hi! Is pref actually at night? My friend is attending recruitment at OU (they were allowed to have their phones all day!). She found out what two houses she received on pref at 430 pm , with her first party beginning at 5. What is pref day like at uark? Is it still possible to have a morning party and a evening party? I know you are not allowed to talk that day. Just wondering if I could potentially have to curl my hair at 730 am . It will surely fall by the evening. 😂

No pref is in the morning as usual and will last all day. You will sign you card at night
