Tri delt or chi o. Both done very tastefully and timeless. Phi mu also has a beautiful living room, but the house is smaller than I expected.

I disagree with this completely. Chi O feels very small on the inside. LOVE their outdoor area and it kind of makes up for how crappy and cramped the inside feels. And Phi Mu does kind of have a nice living area but the whole thing feels extremely industrial. I guess if you’re into that??

The only house I really really loved the inside of was Kappas with their two staircases and mirrored backing. It looks large and feels like a “sorority house”.

would have to agree Kappa. They were featured in Southern Living a few years back as most beautiful sorority house in the South. The entry table is custom and costs 50k and the entry chandelier donated by the Jones family cost 6 figures. Some serious money in that house. Next would be ChiO. It’s is beautiful and tastefully furnished as well. ChiO alums weren’t going to be outshone by kappa. But hey they’re the top two houses for a reason. Some houses do look like they ordered stuff from a discount store but a lot of it has to do with money and budget and not really bad taste.

I haven't been upstairs, but the Tri Delt living rooms and dining room are gorgeous. Next I would put Kappa and then Chi O.

ALL houses are great here! PhiMu was building a beautiful house and suddenly became a joke because they ran out of money and had to use wood for the back. Or pnms who’ve ranked ADPi low because their house is the oldest. Some houses do have more money than others but that doesn’t make them any more or less of a house. You will find great sisterhoods in EVERY house here!

Yes to Tri Delta being so pretty inside. We are lucky that all of our houses are gorgeous. With adipi getting their remodel, every house will be redone or new. Can't go wrong anywhere you pledge at UARK.
