Really? Lambda didn’t have a pledge class for a whole YEAR and had to take a spring pc AFTER spring rush had already happened so they got some very strange guys. Definitely only above Farmhouse

Based off of reputation and quality of guys, not so much parties. Not ranking lambda cause I know they used to be top but idk now. I’d put theta chi with Beta if they were IFC.

EX, Phi, SAE - built on tradition, big 4 feels like big 3
Kappa Sig, KA- slightly behind tier above but great houses
FIJI, Pike, SNU- noticeable below tier above, benefited from Lambda disappearing for a year quality guys, good houses
Lambda-huge drop off from tier above will struggle
Beta, Sig Ep-irrelevant
