Every single house here is great with no bottom houses! If you had to compare upper and lower houses as most similar here’s my list:
If you get cut from ....... then go.....!
Kappa- AXO or KD
Chi-O - DG
PiPhi- ADPi
Zeta- AOPi
TriDelt- PhiMu

I agree that Tri Delt and Phi Mu are very similar. I just think that Alum and history are what helps put Tri Delta above. Phi Mu struggles and its obvious. But very similar girls.

I say switch aopi and Phi Mu. I think aopi is more like trident and Phi Mu is more like zeta
