kd house not going to be done?

hi! i will be a freshman next year going thru rush. someone told me that KD’s house won’t be ready at all until like mid fall semester.. is that true!? looks like dg’s down the street is practically finished...

Construction delays are just that. Unpredictable 3 months out exactly what will happen. Will there be a ton of rain this summer? Will there be a delay in shipping something from a provider? That's just the nature of building something large like these houses.

I'm pretty sure you're right actually (99%). My family in fayetteville has friends who are working on the construction on the house. they told me that they said it is behind and is not scheduled to be anywhere near done during recruitment. Sucks. cant wait to see it finished though even though it will be a little bit!

Why did KD pick brown brick for their house? It looks kinda plain. I would have though white or red would be more appealing.

The brick is grey, their house is looking very nice, and construction delays are not the fault of a chapter. Jeez people. It’s a mansion being built.
