anyone notice that DG is getting the Phi Mu siding treatment on their house??? Why do these sororities build houses they can’t afford??

If you would look at our house plans before we started building you would see that the siding was in the plans already, it isn’t because we ran out of money. So before you open your mouth let’s do some research. Thank you next

DG has a stronger alumni base and national presence than PhiMu. Look how fast they got a house after colonizing. Twice as fast as PhiMu and AXO. New house will be stunning and I don’t think they have to worry about money.

Hey! I’m in a higher ranked house so it doesn’t really matter but here’s what I think: DG house is looking beautiful plus it’s in a great location. They are a very strong house in the South so I think with this house DG will rise to ADPi/AXO level in the ranks! KD’s new house is nice but nothing special. I don’t think it will be enough to move them past TriDelt next recruitment. But with new houses you never know. No one predicted AXO’s super recruitment this year or PhiMu falling flat. And to pnms reading this: EVERY house here is worth accepting a bid from. They are all great and are filled with beautiful girls!

I think no one really knows if Phi Mu has “fallen” until after recruitment. I honestly think they will easily get as good of a pledge class as KD. Again every sorority has some bad apples. Time will tell I suppose....

Why talk about the siding of a house? It’s going to be beautiful and it’s always been in the plans as noted above. I’d rather have siding on a house than something noticeably smaller than the rest.

Who even are you? Very sorority has a beautiful house and DG has gotten their house up in less time than majority of the others. Let’s hope you never get the chance to see their house because this was a low blow! As said above, get a life.

Siding has been in the plans since the beginning and the house is costing 12.5 million so I would say brick is too expensive for them. Maybe read up on stuff before you post.

DG has plenty of money and a very strong alumni base and national reputation. They got a new house faster than any other colonizing sorority here. They put up the sign and started building. No smoke and mirrors. Not like some houses that put up a sign and FIVE years later come up with some money to build and then still run out of money. Pnms - DG gonna have a great pc next year and I hope you are a part of it!

How many posts about siding? It was in the original plans. If you actually look at the house you will see it is to distinguish the front entrance which is brick from the rest of the house. Personally, I think it will be beautiful. PhiMu was a different situation. They put up a sign years before they built and it kinda became a joke for them having events in a gravel lot with a faded coming soon sign. So I think they were forced to build before all their money was secure so they ran out. UARK Greek houses are all very pretty and something we should be proud of!
