top house differences

Seriously what are the differences between kappa and ChiO? I always see them listed as 1 and 2.

I’m in a frat, and no guy cares what sorority you are in if you are hot. Not a lot of guys like chi o or kappa, except for the few groups of girls that are actually fun. Don’t strive to be in those because they truly aren’t the best from a guys perspective. Go for pi phi

I’m sure you’re in a fraternity top houses want nothing to do with so of course you prefer another house. But that’s ok. Lots of good fraternities and sororities on campus. Room for everyone to have a good time!

ChiO is very heavily chapter legacy based not your mom was a ChiO at some random OOS school. Kappa is more money, grades and leadership activities. Both focus on looks.

90% Kappa

Chi o and Kappa are basically the exact same except Kappa has a reputation for being nicer and not so stuck up. I would say this is true with my experience here too.

Both are great houses. ChiO alums have a huge say in their rush and the girls can be wilder and more stuck up than kappas. You need good grades and connections for both. You’d be more likely to get into kappa with no connections than ChiO I think.
