Has anyone seen the new floor plans of ADPi? I’m shocked the renovated house will only sleep 75. What do they sleep now? I am glad to see they are keeping their current Tudor style. I love the exterior of their house and like the houses to look unique from one another.

Are you shocked bc it seems so big? Shocked bc it houses 75? It’s going to be beautiful. Seems like 75-85 seem to be what these houses house? Congrats on the new house.

Actually most houses now house 90-100 with memberships over 400. $11 million is a lot to spend for 75 beds, but understand they have land restrictions on their lot. Glad to see they’re keeping the same exterior as well.
