order is correct but houses are not that far apart. PhiMu and AOPi are the least respected houses but i wouldn’t call them bottom.

say what you will about phi mu, , but pnm’s will see beautiful girls and a beautiful house and they will pull in quality girls. and no I am not a phi mu. predict tri delt to stay on top of kd because their cute girls will pull in more than the smarter girls in kd. regardless of highest gpa looks still matter to girls. Always has always will. Tri delt is also a better known sorority. Most pnm’s will have heard of Tri delt.

Will agree there are beautiful girls in every house but not that impressed with PhiMu’s physical house. Have you been in it? The back is practically cardboard since they ran out of money. The inside is hollow and not big at all. Just a big fake front.The house is so close to the street I hold my breath every time they have chapter because I worry about the girls falling out on Maple.

pnms want a sisterhood not having to worry about your sister getting arrested or stalking other students while wearing her ankle monitor. TriDelt and PhiMu both had too much drama this year. Predict KD and DG will benefit.

switch tri delt and kd, bump dg down to bottom. a house isn't going to make them in contention with adpi girls and alpha chi girls immediately. they have to earn it like axo did. you forget all the rep risks have had to take....

PhiMu took all the rep risks and sent them straight to the bottom. DG’s only downfall was they were the newest. They will be smart to follow AXO’s strategy of taking smart cute girls with spotless reps lacking connections instead of only taking girls who look good on social media but have arrest records and stalking charges.

I really think DG can get a great pc with their beautiful new home. Hopefully pnms will give them a chance. They are so strong nationally and throughout the south. Look how fast they got a house compared to the years AXO and PhiMu waited.
