by: pnmwhat has your experience been as a sorority girl in a predominantly male major, such as something STEM? is there a lot of judgment, or are people pretty open to it? just curious. thanks!

I’m a sorority woman and I’m an industrial engineering major! I have never experienced judgement from my peers in STEM and most of my best friends are also sorority women in STEM. It’s a given that you’ll receive some judgement for being in a sorority but I’ve never felt that it has come directly from my STEM peers. Plus it’s always fun to impress people with being a sorority girl and a STEM major, because you’re more than just a pretty face!
