advice for lower tier fraternities

I just want to give my advice on how lower tier fraternities can improve. I would love to see y’all advice as well.

Sig Ep/Beta-I believe these two fraternities have a lot of great guys mixed in with a few creepy ones. The main problem is Beta doesn’t have a house and Sig Ep house is very old and small. I’ve heard Sig Ep should be getting a new house soon.

Farmhouse - They don’t have many guys. Their main goal should be recruiting PNMs. They should try to sell their house more and make sure the PNM they do recruit are quality guys. They have a nice house just nobody to fill it.

AGR - They’re a very niche fraternity. They need a house but that’s the least of their problems. They need to work on being more outgoing and social. They aren’t putting in the time or work as they should be to improve their chapter.

Sigma Pi - They need to work on everything imo. They need to recruit better guys and also need to work on getting a house.

This is just my honest opinion on what I think these houses should do to improve. I just want to see all fraternities thriving on campus.
