differences in tiers for fraternitys
by: CuriousHey I just wanted to see what makes a top tier house a top house and what makes a bottom tier house a bottom house? For example I see beta and sig ep constantly considered bottom houses and Sigma Chi and SAE are usually considered top houses. Also is there any house that you guys would consider as an extremely bad house?

In all honesty, if the new alcohol ban was the sole reason a potential new member didn't want to join SigEp they likely wouldn't be a good fit for SigEp. Alcohol has become a central focus of fraternity life and we want to demonstrate clearly that SigEp's priorities lie with preparing our men to become confident, values based leaders.

there are amazing guys in each fraternity
from a sorority girl’s point of view, the tiers are based on how fun their parties are, how attractive/fun the guys are, which fraternity our guy friends are in, and if historically our sorority and that fraternity are usually paired together.
it really is all about preference. whichever house has the most of your guy friends in it and which guys you mesh with best

This is the dumbest comment. Asking a question disqualifies you from getting in any house? STFU
