appearance in sorority recruitment?
by: kind of worriedhey guys. i know this is a weird question and i was a little worried to ask it because i don’t want to come across in a bad way or anything. but how much does appearance actually matter in sorority recruitment? i am going to say i’m honestly not that good looking at all, probably below average, and i have a really minimal instagram page with barely 200 followers. other than that i think i’m well accomplished with grades and extracurriculars, and i’ll be able to get recs. i don’t know anyone here. will my appearance severely hurt me during recruitment or will i be okay?

Look your best you with the most flattering outfits and hair and makeup and get professional styling advice for all this if you have to. Then, have some confidence in your good points and show that you have a great personality. There is no use giving up before you even start.
