appearance in sorority recruitment?

hey guys. i know this is a weird question and i was a little worried to ask it because i don’t want to come across in a bad way or anything. but how much does appearance actually matter in sorority recruitment? i am going to say i’m honestly not that good looking at all, probably below average, and i have a really minimal instagram page with barely 200 followers. other than that i think i’m well accomplished with grades and extracurriculars, and i’ll be able to get recs. i don’t know anyone here. will my appearance severely hurt me during recruitment or will i be okay?
