spring house advice

Kappa/ChiO- no advice. These houses will stay top for the foreseeable future.
PiPhi/ no advice though they don’t get enough credit sometimes. Lots of pnms actually pref this house over Kappa/ChiO.
Zeta- no advice. I don’t think it’s possible to pass the top three.

Here’s where some houses could use some advice:
TriDelt - need to not air your dirty laundry and y’all have a lot. House problems, pnms problems, advisor problems. Focus instead on what has kept you on top of middle ranked houses. A new house and strong tradition.
KD- y’all have been slowly rising in the ranks. With your new house and a little bit more selectivity you could be up there with TriDelt if not pc19 then pc20.
ADPi- y’all have it toughest. No new house to offer and a lot of really good houses for pnms to choose from. Will have to work super hard this recruitment to show what makes you so special even with an old house.
AChiO- seem to be the new darlings of Greek life. Keep focusing on taking those smart, cute girls who are genuinely nice and you will keep rising in the ranks.
PhiMu- house drama, body shaming other Greeks, poor sportsmanship and then lots of pnms with rep risks hurt y’all really bad last semester. Need to rethink your focus and stay away from so many rep risks. Also work on being nicer in general since this is probably the least liked house on campus. Your new house gives you lots of potential so be a little more selective this next pc.
AOPi- y’all need to work on your visibility and not just out at parties. Y’all haven’t done anything wrong but the strength of all the other houses has pushed this house to bottom. Straighten up and wear your letters and act happy you are in your house.
DG- like KD y’all have a chance to make a big move next pc. New house is gonna be beautiful so use it to your advantage. Be a little more selective and please don’t go around bragging and saying you are top house and have the biggest house. Be humble and you will benefit.
