bid day
by: bid day!hey y’all. just wondering if someone could explain to me how bid day works... how you find your name among the crowd, how you run to your house, etc. i was watching the bid day videos on youtube and it all looked really confusing and kind of disorganized so i was hoping someone could help me out :) thanks!

hey sweet girl. you have two houses on pref night then the next day is bid day. everyone goes to the greek theatre the next morning and has a bid card which is opened all at the same time. usually girls look around to find the two houses they had on pref before they open so they know which one to run to. each sorority will be together with balloons and their letters so you'll know which house is which. the bid card tells you which house you got then you run to the sorority girls with the right balloons and there will be a girl holding a sign with your name on it! they'll take you to the house after that to celebrate and you can text your parents which house to go to if they're there too
