Why is DG always considered last, yes they are new, yes they don’t have a house yet but it is being built and will be amazing. just because they are new and not your typical hot, rich snobby girl. But they do have an amazing sisterhood and work hard for their philanthropy’s Give them some credit for once.

ChiO, Kappa, PiPhi, Zeta, TriDelt top five.
Phi Mu is lower mid, not even close to competing for sixth with KD and ADPi. It's been established that a lot of people don't like Phi Mu on here. Personally think that once KD gets their house and ADPi gets their house renovated, they will be easily competitive with Tri Delt.
And I think there's a huge drop off from Zeta to TriDelt. Tri Delt is dropping, but even with their dropping they're still at number 5.

The top four are ChiO Kappa PiPhi and Zeta. I don’t know anyone who had one of these four at pref and didn’t pref one of these. Agree TriDelt is struggling. KD and ADPi are closing in on them. I know pnms who preffed KD over TriDelt. The remaining houses depend on the girl. Personally I don’t like PhiMu but they do get a lot of hate on here. But I think they bring a lot onto themselves.

Most accurate post on here. Can’t wait to see what KD and ADPi do next year. Don’t count out DG who will have a beautiful new house.

I think tridelt and phimu are both struggling because of their own behaviors. both have had major house drama and not being very nice at all. kinda sad because new houses should have helped them both. not sure what phimu thinks they will get out of always putting down others and insisting they are a top house when it’s so obvious they aren’t. predict phimu will be below dg and kd will pass tridelt next recruitment.

I had zeta on pref day and didnt really like them... preffed a “middle” house over them bc I felt like I fit in better and the girls were more genuine. Not going to say which house bc I don’t want people to think I’m lying to promote my house. But I’m very happy there and love he girls I’ve met :) never once regretted not preffing zeta!

Hey all! I went through recruitment knowing I wasn’t “top house” material - no connections not beautiful, rich, skinny, smart etc. I still wanted the same thing every pnm does - a great sisterhood. I’m happy to say I found it in my house. I cried on pref not because I didn’t get a top house but because there was a house that wanted me as a sister. So yeah it was fun to go to top houses and I think I had some great albeit superficial convos. But whenever I read all these ranks and everyone getting defensive I have to say I feel very lucky to have found my home with forever friends who could care less if we are ranked 7 or 10 or 25! There’s more to a sorority than some random rankings. I hope pnms for next year are reading this and realize sorority girls and sororities come in all shapes and sizes. It’s not just about being at the top.

KD is barely in the middle! You never seem them on campus! I doubt a new house will help!

Everyone seems to agree these are top five houses. All the other houses should be considered middle tier and be done with it. Imo its these middle tier houses that keep coming on here adjusting the ranks one up or one down over and over again.
