e board is the executive board.....Pres., Vice Pres.etc....Membership review is the national fraternities way of culling the heard. Getting rid of the undesirables. Make no mistake Sigep nationals runs all Sigep chapters now.

Membership review is when Sig Ep nationals interviews every brothers and kicks out 75% of them. Reasons are not having a high GPA or not fitting the Balanced Man image or not be willing to snitch on brothers.

The 25% of guys who make it through and continue as brothers, well you know who you are.
