Top Houses:
Kappa/ChiO - these are the two most wanted houses by pnms.
PiPhi- this house is what pnms wanted if got cut from top two, some preffed piphi over the top two.
Zeta- this is the house most girls wanted if got cut from top three. Most pnms were very happy to get a bid here.
There doesn’t seem to be much debate these are the top four houses.
Middle tier:
TriDelt - hanging on to tradition and prior rankings. They aren’t helping themselves with their house drama.
KD/ADPi/AChiO- who is next is going to depend on the girl. All offer a great sisterhood.
PhiMu- ranking them below the other houses because they have caused so much drama with their house and saying they are top tier blah blah blah
DG- working hard to improve their chapter and image. Great sisterhood. Predict house will put them on level with KD/ADPi/AChIO.
AOPi- ghosted everyone after recruitment. Are they even here?
I’m putting all these houses in the middle because there are no bottom chapters here. A true bottom chapter would be a house struggling to maintain its numbers on the verge of closing or on probation. We just don’t have that here due to the high number of pnms coming through each year and willingness to take a chance on a less popular house to make them better.

I think it is agreed ChiO Kappa PiPhi and Zeta are the top most desired houses which makes them top tier. NO order. I know girls who preffed Zeta over ChiO and PiPhi over Kappa.
ALL the other houses should be considered middle tier depending on preference. NO order.
Y’all can debate move this one up or this one down til forever but basically this is how I see it. If one girl wants ADPi over TriDelt then great. Or one wants PhiMu over KD. At the end of the day most girls will want one of the top four houses if they could get a bid there and if not then they will get one of the remaining houses and still get a great sisterhood. I highly doubt this late in the year their are girls still crying they didn’t get their personal top house. Those have either dropped and come back on here and post mean things about the houses that did cut them, dropped and going to try again next year or have realized they joined a great sisterhood even if it wasn’t their first choice at the time.

Some of the very best girls end of up in the "Middle" houses due to the "Top" houses cutting them for legacy, money and celebrity and friends of friends in Arkansas. Because of the elitism that continues to flourish in the "top" houses, the "mid" houses have the best and strongest sisterhoods with some of the cutest girls who are more fun and down to earth and don't have to feel the pressure to have all brand-name clothes, cars, etc. The "mid" houses are the most welcoming and where girls feel totally comfortable being who they are for 4 years.

well said from the girl who got cut by all the top houses. its a cop out to say only middle tier sororities have strong sisterhoods. a chapter wouldn’t remain top if they didn’t have strong and supportive sisterhoods!

I don’t know why you had to come on here and tear Phi Mu down. They haven’t caused drama... most of the people on here are trolls. Rude to put them below other houses for dumb reasons like that. Doesn’t make you any better than the people causing drama. All the Phi mus I know are genuine, sweet, down to earth, pretty girls. However. I agree about the middle and bottom houses thing.

Don’t see them around campus. You never hear anything good or bad about them. They are known for going to parties and having a good time. Always take a lot of qr’s. Other than recruitment never see them wearing their letters anywhere. No one really seems to know anyone in this house.
