Add 6 months to whatever move in date they tell you and make sure you have extra money in case you are over budget. If your move in date is late or you run out of money people on this site take it really personal.

Not one other sorority house has moved in late except Tdeezy. .

Make sure you aren’t lied to about move in date and that the A/C works and that the house isn’t the construction zone from hell. Oh and they make you unpack furniture and bozes. And move into a dirty dusty “new” room that you have to clean.

but really if someone has floor plans or link to somewhere, i am legit intrigued. i love to see how the interior designs all differ from the houses. it'd be cool to get a tour of all of them
