They don't have an alumni base here do they? Only reason DG was able to build so fast is that they used to be huge here and their alumni base is deep with heavy pockets.

Lets hope that they don't get the hate the other new chapters have gotton

It takes some time to establish a new chapter. AChiO got a great house this year and are rising fast. DG will be there next year. It’s rare to have a new house come on campus and immediately start bragging they are the top house and have the biggest house on campus. AGD will be welcomed by the other chapters to help reduce their pc size.
