living in the house

Is it possible to live in the house if you join the sorority in the spring? Like if I transfer spring semester of my freshman year and take a cob will I be able to live in the house sophomore year?

All of the new members have already started getting points toward living in house. Basically if 60 people can live in house you have to be in the top 60 people to possibly live in house. So you might be able to if you go to like every single point opportunity
