safety issues

Personally I do not feel safe living in a home where there are 25 workers showing up every single day. I know there a lot of girls and their parents that aren’t comfortable with the situation either. I’m not the only one.

look how much their recruitment suffered from their house drama. now they are trying to prove everyone wrong and move into an unfinished house. why did they even make an issue about the move in date? calling people liars and acting all crazy insisting it would be ready august 20th when it didn’t even have walls. should’ve just been honest with their members and pnms. that’s trideezy. making unnecessary drama all the time.

Why do these "rankers" care if the DDD house is finished or not? I don't get it, wasn't an issue for recruitment really because they got 140ish happy new members. It's a renovation of a historical home which will always take longer than a new build. Just don't see how a construction project running long = "house drama"? UARK has a great architecture school, perhaps someone with this major can enlighten the crabby posters....

The priority is to finish so alums can have party! They do not care about actives who would like to have a place to live.

They scheduled house dedication late October because they knew it wouldn’t be ready before then. Hope it’s still not ready! Karma would be nice for not letting us know what is going on.

I’m a one year Greek alum and shocked at what I read on here. I just read yesterday that the girls are getting settled in the new house. Why are girls getting on here and lying about the house not being finished? Girls are living there so just stop with all the rumors..
