ChiO - top pnms and lots of legacies which was expected. one of best pc’s.
Kappa- kept all their tops. One of the best pc’s by far.
PiPhi- great pc. Always a safety net if didn’t get one of top two on pref.
Zeta- great pc. lost some of their tops to other houses but still strong #4.
TriDelt- not as good pc. All their drama caused some of their tops to go Zeta or PhiMu.
PhiMu - new house helped get a top pc. hopefully won’t be annoying af about their house. you have a new house. we get it. don’t sound so desperate to be liked.
KD- not as good pc this year due to no house.
ADPi- better than expected pc. old house didn’t hurt them as much as people thought.
AOPi- weaker pc than expected. PhiMu and AChiO house hurt them.
AChiO - great pc due to new house. Lots of pnms were very happy to get a bid here which hasn’t always been true.
DG - took a lot of grade and rep risks. Also lots of soph pnms. Predict a better class next year when they have a house. not as good recruitment as people predicted.

sorry PhiMu. You got a good pc not a top pc. You are a bottom house that has now moved to lower middle house. agree you are af about your house. guess y’all have never been in anything that nice before. take a page from kappa next door where the real money is and keep it classy.

Just for the record...The real money is NOT at Uark period. Kappa may be rich for Uark standards but nowhere else.

Check out where the ultra wealthy go to school. Its not University of Arkansas! Like the previous post stated, Kappa is wealthy for Arkansas standards but nowhere else!

a real Hermès belt is around 900. You can get a knock off Hermès belt for around 150. Still pricey for Arkansas. Must be all those oil rich Texas girls Kappa keeps preffing.

Agree with most of this except ADPi, got some very rough girls who thought they were getting mid-house, couldn't see past the old stereotypes and how Phi Mu and AXO are SEC powerhouses and will rise way up at UARK. Their house location on Maple + Alums from Alabama and Auburn helping these two Chapters to become mid-top, won't be long now. ADPi/KD/AOPi/DDD falling due to many factors. DG may rise after house, time will tell.

Tri Delt and ADPi got a great pledge class, so much better than anyone expected. Not sure why AXO suddenly thinks they’re a good house now that they have a new house? How many fraternity guys we’re on your lawn? Lol

All Jerry Jones family including his granddaughters and nieces all are Kappas. They have a ton of millionaire/billionaire girls. Birds of a feather.... But they also have a lot of upper middle class girls too. As far as the fake Hermès belts not all of them are fakes. Y’all gotta give them credit for knowing what Hermès even is. I’m sure no one in a lower tier has a clue. Lol.

Yes, there are a few Kappas that can actually afford the real ones and have no issue with that. It's the girls sporting the fakes that I find quite humorous...actually pathetic! Anyone with wealth and class would never buy fake goods. Lastly, many girls in all tier houses know what Hermes is but most know better than to buy fakes and post pictures all over instagram.

It’s amazing what you read on this site. Pi Mu congrats on new house. Helped your pc. Doesn’t mean they are on the rise. Doing ok. But talk about of fake louies and Hermes...and they took a lot of qr that were dropped from top houses and it’s all they had left. ddd and kd doing just fine. Will stay solid, and btw they are getting new houses toooooo
