Are cousins considered legacies to ZTA?? They kept me & I have a low gpa. Will I be cut tomorrow?

Cousin is not a direct legacy but many times carry enough weight to get you invited back once. Legacy cut round will be the determining factor for you. If they keep you for sisterhood round then there is obviously something they see in you but the cousin legacy connection is not enough to make sure you are high enough on the bid list if you do make it to Pref round.
