how much does having a new house affect a sorority's recruitment? will the houses who have new houses have significantly better recruitments or not really? if so, where will the "better" girls come from/who will take a hit?

ChiO and Kappa will always be top houses with PiPhi and Zeta up there too. TriDelts new house helps them hang on to #5.
For the lower houses this is how I would rank them:
PHiMu mansion will move them way up this year.
DG doesn’t have a house but they have a nice picture of one.
AOPi is a good example of how a gaudy mansion didn’t help their recruitment.
KD will suffer the most. They needed a new house but it’s hard to recruit when no one knows what your new house will look like.
AChiO will finally rise from the bottom with their new home even though it looks really small and kinda plain.
ADPi is the new bottom with their grandma cottage.

phi mu's house is pretty gaudy too.
I want to say axo's is about 26,000 square feet which is nearly 20,000 square feet smaller than KKG, XO, Pi Phi, and Tri-Delt's new house.

maybe PhiMu needs to go through recruitment before they start moving themselves up in the ranks. look at AOPi. They are still a lower middle house.

A nice house doesn’t make a good sorority. All chapters at uark are great, nationally recognized chapters!! Who cares about having the most expensive house?? It’s not going to make or break your sorority experience. If your focus during recruitment is joining the chapter with the nicest house and not looking for the chapter you fit in best, then you probably won’t choose the right chapter.
