sorority rankings

These are my views of sorority rankings as a member of a IFC fraternity on campus.
Chi Omega- Predominatley Arkansas girls. All have connections and the majority of them are beautiful girls. Many are very pretentious.
Kappa-Smart godly girls. Take grades very seriously. They also have tons of connections. Kind of girls you want around your parties.
PiPhi-Great house earthy vibe. Connections not as great as ChiO or Kappa. Good alumni base. Getting a wild party girl reputation.
ZTA- Everyone on campus agrees they are the 4th best house on campus. Unless you’re a TriDelt ;) Very attractive girls with a party reputation
TriDelt-Your alumni still thinks you’re a top 4 house on campus. Everyone else knows the truth. Great girls but you’re pretty irrelevant. Never hear anything good or bad about them on campus. Still have great girls but not what they used to be.
Phi Mu- Middle tier without a house. Should be interesting to see what they can do with a mansion. Some great girls but also so serious rep risks. Interested to see if they move up in the rankings in the years to come.
KD-Would be above Phi Mu but the time spent without a house this year will hold them back.
AOpi- Best chicken fingers on campus
Adpi- party girls house looks like a cottage
AXO- house will put them ahead of DG
DG-won’t be able to compete when everyone else has a house

I do not think Tri Delta alum is unrealistic about their chapter. I personally think it’s awesome that they still support their sorority despite the fact that the last several years most of their granddaughters, daughters, and nieces chose other houses over Tri Delta.

Why is the house not ready? Has any house ever had to cancel having work week and recruitment at their house at the very last minute? Then tell actives the week before they are to move in that their rooms won’t be ready for another 6 to 8 weeks?
