Phi Mu and AChiO are building new houses that should be done for this fall’s recruitment.

Tri Delta is renovating their house and building a new addition that should also be ready for this fall.

DG is building a house that will be ready fall 2019 and KD just tore down their old house and are building a completely new one that I think will be ready fall 2019 but I’m not exactly sure.

ADPi is supposed to be completely renovating/building addition to their house starting next year I’m pretty sure

New houses or renovations after 1968 are as follows in date order by completion date:

01/2009- Alpha Omicron Pi- new house housing 85 girls

08/2013-Kappa Kappa Gamma- renovations housing 92 girls

08/2016- Chi-Omega - renovations housing 92 girls

08/2016- Pi Beta Phi - new house housing 98 girls

08/2017- Zeta Tau Alpha- renovations housing 70 girls

08/2018- Phi Mu - new house housing 88 girls

08/2018- Alpha Chi Omega - new house housing 60 girls

08/2018- Delta Delta Delta- renovations housing 96 girls

08/2019- Kappa Delta- new house (currently under construction)

08/2019- Delta Gamma- new house (currently under construction)

08/2020- Alpha Delta Pi- renovations (starting June 2019)

What about the members who were going to live in the house? Where will they live until it is finished?

So what are the plans? It seems like a huge inconvenience for a lot of people over just a week or so. I could understand if it were going to be 2 months. Seems like they could bring in extra work crews and get it all done. Having to pay meals and lodging for all the actives and the expense of moving rush to a different location is not going to be cheap.

Recruitment is fun. It is also 18 hour days without any sleep. My heart goes out to all of them having to rush around at the last minute and make other plans. Especially to the girls planning on living at the house. Your first recruitment as an active is super stressful without having to worry about where you have to live. Pan love to all those girls. Hope the next few months go by like its a few days.

Anyone else think AXO’s house is a rip-off version of AOPi (same red brick, white columns and red door)??? It’s a nice house but not for Uark.
