I would put ChiO and Kappa on the same level. If the top four cut you then agree all the remaining houses are strong middle tier and it just depends where you feel most at home. AChiO is still bottom tier.

TriDelt/KD/ADPi/PhiMu/AOPi
DG/AChiO

doesn’t really matter though because 1500 pnms cant all go ChiO or Kappa so there will be top pnms in all the houses by the end of recruitment

Do you feel that ADPi and AOII will drop because they are the only two without new or recently remodeled homes?

I feel like you might be confused! KD was colonized in the 80s the next sorority to colonize after that was AOPI. They had their first recruitment in 2007 and started building a brand new house one year later and moved in it in 2009. So like that wasn't 100 years ago. lol Until 5 years ago none of the other houses had done anything other than redecorate one room occasionally. Zero major additions or renovations had been done to any house in over 40 years. So until 5 years go, no one other than AOPI had done anything recently. Facts can be fun!
