pnms - here’s the truth

ChiO/Kappa - These are the top two houses pnms all want. Texas girls seem to prefer Kappa while Missouri girls want ChiO. ChiO alums 100% control their recruitment so don’t be upset if you are cut from there.

PiPhi/Zeta - pnms would be lucky to have either of these left on pref. Never heard of anyone being sad they preffed one of these.

Now it gets really subjective depending what kind of pnm you are.
TriDelt- hanging on to this spot only because of tradition. This is the house you want if you can’t get into the top four.
PhiMu - their new house will help them rise quickly. They will be more selective this recruitment so this house is a good option.
KD- their house is a mess but this is a good option if you aren’t a stand out pnm and don’t need a stand out house.
ADPi - exact same as KD to me. Just depends on which feels more like home to you.
AOPi - this is where the girls with questionable reps will find a home.

DG/AChiO - with these houses left some pnms may want to drop. Listen to me - don’t do it. Yes, you may get judged by freshman and Soph girls in other houses but after that no one cares what house you are in. these are good houses and better than being a gdi and sophomore recruitment very very like very rarely will give you different results.

Recruitment is a lot like high school unfortunately. The prom queen is going to end up in ChiO and the not so popular girls will end up in AChiO. But hey you still had fun in high school even if you weren’t prom queen. So just approach recruitment with that attitude and you’ll be fine.
