As far as traditional country club classic houses go I would have to say Kappa. They had a crazy expensive reno a few years back that was featured in Southern Living. Supposedly they have custom made Kappa wallpaper and like a 20,000 custom entry table and the Jerry Jones family donated a 50,000 chandelier to hang over it. ChiO is another classic house and their recent reno kept their traditional interior which was important since they were founded here. Personally I think PiPhi’s new house looks too much like a dorm and doesn’t feel very personal. AOPi’s building itself is beautiful but they ruined it with the cheap furniture out front and Rooms To Go furnishings inside. Plus it’s falling apart and sinking into the ground. PhiMu looks to be really nice though I heard they ran out of money to finish it. I’m just really proud AChiO is getting a house so I won’t say too many bad things except it looks small and more like somebody’s house than a sorority home. I like ZTA though not much distinguishes it from any other house. Same with KD. Their house is kinda generic and boring. ADPi is old and has an assisted living home vibe to it. We will see what happens with TriDelt. They were stuck with their outside which some see as a negative but it makes them more unique. So it is one of my favs.

the new DG house is going to cost like 13 mil i heard so it should be nice

Why did KD tear down their house? It looked nice from the outside?

The inside of AOPi is getting redone this summer so I would assume it's going to be really pretty when it's open in the fall
