Large Houses:
Sigma Chi: Still good ole Arkansas boys, either love em or you hate em, starting to take more guys from out of State, very strong alumni
SAE: Beautiful new house continue to get great pledge classes
Kappa Sig: Parties were lacking this year, kinda douchey, the fall pledge class wasn't up to par
Phi Delt: Arguably the best fall pledge class, great parties, girls with daddy issues adore them
Lambda Chi: Year long suspension will do long term damage to the chapter
Sigma Nu: serious debt issues, never really hear about them on campus
Fiji: Wild parties, Lots of guys from out of state (Texas) if you are worried about connections coming in
KA: smart guys who take grades very seriously starting to shake the new fraternity stigma
Pike: average guys who couldn't get into other big houses everyone seems to hate on them for various different reasons...
Smaller Houses:
Sig Ep: mixed bag of guys, house is falling apart
Beta: could really jump up if they build a house on campus some of the guys are weird
The Rest:
BYX: is it really a frat or a glorified social club?
Sig Pi: Have you ever met one?
AGR: wing cook off philanthropy event is all they've really got going for them
FH: just did 4 million dollars in renovations towards their house interested to see if it can change their reputation

Pike is full of guys who could have gotten into other houses. Everyone they rushed last year had bids to multiple other top houses. If they continue on the path they were on last year they will easily be top house soon. Everyone hates on them because they couldn't be one!

Pike is a great house. The guys are down to earth and cool to hang with. Awesome house and got one of the best pledge classes last fall. Not sure how anyone can say they couldn't get into other top houses. I personally know of two guys who got bids to SAE and Kappa Sig also and went Pike. It's about where someone feels they connected and best fit in. It's all opinion anyways so you will get multiple opinions so a post like this is a waste of time. I'm in a "top" sorority and would rather hang with Pike than Sigma Chi or Kappa Sig anyday.

Two guys with bids to SAE and Kappa Sig out of a 70 man pledge class doesn't mean your a top house it means you stole a guy that probably would have been a face in the crowd somewhere else

I see Pike, Sigma Nu, or KA taking over the role Lambda Chi played on campus in the past FIJI won't change much because they continue to recruit mostly out of state rushees for FIJI to expand out of the role they play now they would need to start taking more guys from Arkansas
