Does it matter what picture i send in with my application? is just a headshot okay? does it need to be professional like a senior picture photoshoot? can i just use my senior yearbook picture?

it doesn't have to be professional just make sure it looks like you. your recruitment packet with your recs should include a head shot and full body pic. again, make sure it looks like you so you will be easily recognized when you show up for recruitment.
