ChiO and Kappa will always be top two. PiPhi is next. If those don't work out most pnms will want ZTA. After ZTA then TriDelt. Big drop in desirability after them. Pnms who get cut from all those then I think it's KD, AOPi, ADPi or PhiMu in no order. DG next and then those who will go AChiO rather than not be in any house and don't want to take a chance going through again as a soph.

This comment is just rude. We all know very well that ANYONE could post on here. KD has amazing girls, with high grades and standards. You can't prove that KD is butting in on these conversations. It could be a girl from another sorority trying to make KD look bad. Some girls (after first round) would be so sad to see that KD is off their schedule. And, no I am not a KD. But don't forget that literally ANYONE can come on here and comment. PNMs don't believe the comments on here.

not in either but I think TriDelt has been slipping with their wild rep and KD is trying to take advantage of it. TriDelt has a long tradition of being a desired house and with their house reno they will keep their place after ZTA on pnm wish list. KDs house is old and honestly their philanthropy isn't that great. Like who wanted to be a Girl Scout in high school much less be your sorority philanthropy. Recruitment is competitive here and there is a place for great girls in every house. This site is called greekrank so if you don't want to see opinions on house rankings then don't come on here.

this entire thread sounds threaten by KD - KD is getting a gorgeous new house as well and no - Tri-delta is not really better than KD - I would consider them on par - in fact most people here do - I think tri-delta is struggling with their wild rep - KD is awesome but why are you so worried?

PNMs, the top house is the one where you feel most comfortable, the one you feel at ease the one you feel most welcome. The top house status is an ebb and flow through the years. A house will be what your pledge class makes it. As you are going through recruitment look at the girls in the house but also look at the other PNMs arround you at pref, these girls will be your closest sisters. Your ideals, your actions, your virtues will define your house in years to come. Nun

agree KD is not a top house but they are a good upper middle house if you don’t want TriDelt or TriDelt cuts you. any pnm would be crazy not to go ChiO, Kappa, PiPhi, or ZTA if given the chance.
