transfer student rushing as sophomore

Are the chances of a sophomore transfer student rushing significantly lower than a freshman PNM? And would it help if they received a 4.0 GPA their freshman year of college at their previous college(s)?

All houses including ChiO and Kappa take sophomores and sophomore transfers.
