The top 4 houses will stay the same. I think AChiO will stay bottom. PhiMu and DG will benefit the most. I see them passing AOPi and ADPi with this next recruitment. PhiMu might even be up there with KD and TriDelt.

I don't think AXO will benefit because of all of the new and renovated houses its still not anything special. I think putting AXO and Phi Mu's houses so close together made them smaller and not as grand as they could have been. My friends in both Phi Mu and AXO Agree. Phi Mu's house plan is the prettier of the two. But with all of the renos these don't really stand a chance.

It is a big deal. Pnms have a right to know the rep of each chapter before recruitment starts. Chapter gpas are reflected in these rankings. Honestly if you look these rankings don't change much from post to post. You can't tell a chapter from a few short convos. Some houses are pros at recruitment while others houses are more awkward so these posts do help. You don't just say you will go to any sec school. Vanderbilt or A&M. Doesn't matter since they all offer a degree. No. Each school offers a different kind of college experience. Same with sororities. Pnms need to educate themselves by looking at chapter gpas, posts like these, talking with their friends, looking at a chapters social media So they can go into recruitment as an educated pnm about to make a lifelong commitment they don't want to regret. And for the record I'm very happy in my middle tier house.

pnms beware top houses are pros at recruitment. you will walk out of there feeling like you had the best convo you ever had only to be shocked when you are cut. don't take it personal cuz they are like the FBI in finding stuff about you and what to say.

I think that will be interesting as well. Especially for Tri Delt and Phi Mu. Having a shiny new house before anyone else certainly made Kappa more desirable than it used to be.
