Here are the actual tiers; without splitting into groups of one or two lol. Here are the houses in order:
Kappa/Chi-O/Piphi/Zeta
Tridelt/KD/adpi/phimu
Aopi/DG/alpha chi

Zeta isn’t at the level of chi-o, but then phi mu isn’t at the level of tri delt. There is variation within “tiers”

Top houses are filled with strong sisterhoods who love each other. We laugh together, cry together, support each other. It is truly a place I can be myself and call home! I think it's sad haters come on here to try to tear down top houses all the time because they're still bitter about being cut or trying to build their own house up or whatever reason. Just stop. ALL houses have something great to offer. Focus on your own happiness and not tearing down some sorority you aren't even a part of. I am so proud of my sisters and my house and you should feel the same way about yours too!

praying and prayerful is a pnm who got cut by top houses and dropped recruitment because she thought she was too good for the houses she had left. so now she spends her time throwing shade at top houses even though she's going to try recruitment again

honestly after zeta it becomes personal preference though still think achio is bottom as far as what houses pnms want during recruitment.

KD's have been doing some serious self ranking on here. Strong middle tier for sure but never been a top house. They are below TriDelt even though I personally like KD better. lol. KDs are like the cute and really sweet girls in high school who just weren't that popular in high school. Not like the prom queen, cheer captain, class president who ended up in ChiO or Kappa.

Zeta is not top tier but they are a more desired house than TriDelt or KD so I would put them as upper middle tier. This isn't about the quality of girls in each house. Just how I see pnms want them during recruitment.
