seriously doubt you were led on by a chapter. recruitment is hard for actives too. if each member has one pnm they have to have that is already 300 girls. most actives have several girls they want. this doesn't include chapter legacies. during the week a lot can change. there may be a pnm who wasn't on anyone's radar but makes a great impression. someone's favorite may come across as awkward or rude. you may have been wanted but just not high enough on the bid list. actives don't know if their favs made it until bid day. we cry too when our friends aren't on the list. please don't take it personal. trust the system that you will end up where you belong. if you think you are too good for the houses that did want you then maybe you need to change your attitude.

Unless you are a grade or rep risk you probably just weren't high enough on the bid list. You sound pretty entitled so that may have hurt your chances.

Membership selection is private. I know some houses all active votes are equal and then in other houses they're not. Also some houses just list the pnms they want and then others want pnms ranked in exact order. So you may have a lot friends in house but they didn't have enough votes to get you in. Please don't take it so personal. I'm sure your friends thought you would get a bid just like you did!
