does it help or hurt to be a legacy
by: PNM18I am a x4 legacy of a sorority. while I would really like to be a member of that one, I plan to keep an open mind during rush. When I fill out the panhellenic form should I include that I'm a legacy? Will it hurt my chances at other sororities? Will it help my chances of getting in the one I want?

You should let your legacy house know that you are coming through and that's it. Sometimes it can hurt you with other houses because they might assume you will go with your legacy house, especially with so strong a connection. You don't need to put it on your form for all to see.

Houses cut; PNM's do not cut, they rank. And unlike most other sororities, DDD doesn't have a national legacy policy. You didn't have as much control as you think you did.
