Okay so here's the deal. I like to think of myself as an honorable guy, and would love to meet more ambitious people like myself. I like the idea of a moderate amount parties, but I do not like the idea of absolutely crazy ragefests... Any suggestions for frats at Arkansas that can cater to my interests?

Sounds like you should go beta or KA. Or join a real fraternity and understand the meaning of what it is to be a fraternity man. Actually I just re read your post and you should probably check out the business fraternity. KA may do a little to much raging for you.
