I believe you have to live on campus your freshman year. Maple and the quads are really nice and so is founders. I lived in Buchanan Droke my freshman year and thought I would hate it but ended up loving it and the people on my floor. It really just depends on when you enroll. As for off campus housing, do not by any means live at Varsity House, it’s awful.

i think you gotta fill out a form or something if you wanna request living somewhere else your freshman year. i know many freshmen that just stayed with their parents since they live in fayetteville but if you want the "true" college experience, you can stay in a dorm. founders is the newest and pretty nice. i lived in pomfret my first year. just go to uark housing for the whole explanation.

you can still live on campus after fresh year if you want, but many people choose apartments like atmosphere or university house. theres so many options tbh.
