by: sophomore transferIs it true that Zeta at the University of Arkansas does not take sophomore pnm;s? I know that is not the case at other universities and wondering why they say it is in their bylaws?

Yeah, they don't take sophomores? Please clarify, as this is not a Zeta thing on most other campuses!
