appropriate things to say while rushing

when you are in a house you love, what is appropriate to say to show how much you love them without being obvious? I love two of my houses and want them to know it, but I don't want to come off desperate or anything. what's ok to say and what's not?

things like:
I really love it here!
I've been looking forward to coming here all day!
I was so happy to see XYZ on my list today!

what not to say:
I can really see myself here on bid day!
This feels like home to me!
