When you were walking down Maple to the other houses did you not notice that it is under construction?
The only part that is remaining is the main part that had to be left because it is on the historical register.
It will be ready by next fall - ChiO also used the Pike house when their house was under construction. PiPhi used a frat house too for the same reason, but I forget which one.

THE HOUSE WILL BE COMPLETED THE FIRST WEEK OF SCHOOL! Does all caps answer your question? First week of school is August 20th. It’s been clearly stated, posted and repeated over the last week that it will just be a couple of weeks until move in. This is coming from people who actually know and who are not guessing or speculating. They are simply stating the facts and the truth publicly. It’s 20 days behind schedule not an entire semester or 20 years. They wouldn’t post publicly that it’s going to be a couple weeks if it wasn’t. Nothing is wrong with the house and in about 13 days or so every room will be filled and look amazing!!

It is going to be 43,000 sq. Ft so not small. You can see the way it will look on the fence at their address now.
I saw the video during recruitment and it looked incredible.

Not sure what you mean by what’s wrong? They are renovating their house. It was scheduled to be completed by August 1st but it’s not going to be ready for another few months.

Why did they wait until last week to tell everyone the house would not be ready then say it would only be a couple more weeks? Did they think no one would ride or walk by there? I’m sorry but that’s just rude to do to girls who were planning on living there. I would not be staying at MS either. Like really? A dorm is even better than that!

Nothing is wrong. They just can’t move in or have recruitment there because it wasn’t ready last week. Just a few months behind on it. They will host recruitment at frat house again this year like other houses do. Think they are using Lamda Chi. Lamda can’t be in their house this year because they are suspended from campus for one year.

dude you can clearly look at the house and know there is no way it will be done by the 20th. it looks bad on you to keep pushing that it will be when there is clearly months left of work on this house. all the walls arent even up, and the exterior is no where near done, and then it takes at least a month to detail the inside. Don't keep pushing that this house will be so done and great when it clearly has a lot of work left to be done.
