bid day lonliness

As I get ready for my last recruitment I wanted to share with you my loneliest day - BID DAY! I pledged a top house but was OOS and knew no one in my pledge class. All the other girls were screaming and crying and hugging on their camp and school friends. I just smiled and stuck close to my bid day buddy. I figured they wanted me so it would work out. It took a while but I got involved and got to know and love my sisters! Now I can't imagine my life without them! There is always someone to go eat with or cry with or just hang out with! Trust the system because you do end up where you should be! Its ok to pledge a house your friends don't or pledge a house because you want it not what a bunch of mean girls say about it. Be yourself and I promise you will find your tribe! I'm sooo excited and a little sad for my last recruitment and you can bet I'll be aware of any pnm like me that are excited but hesitant on that first day. Do you and you will find your forever home!!!!!!
