confused on rushing

Hi!! I'm doing RN to BSN I didn't have the opportunity to rush at my hometown, but I will be now going to UofA. Just a little later than most. Will I be able to rush and will houses accept me since I am not a freshman?

Will you be coming in as a sophomore? You should be OK. Junior will be more difficult.
